To celebrate my grandfather's 90th birthday, we took a trip down to Cape May for 4 days. While we were there, we ate lots of yummy food, played at the beach, went on the rides, and relaxed in the sun!

Parkinson's Unity Walk
We took a trip to New York City for the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Walk. It was Jack's first time on a train and in a cab!! We had beautiful weather, lots of snacks and raised lots of money for Parkinson's disease!

Bon Apetit'
Last week we attempted two new things - peanut butter and using a spoon. I LOVE peanut butter and was hoping that Jack would too!! So I made him a PB&J sandwich and let him have at it! Well....he loved the jelly and was not such a fan of the peanut butter:( We'll try again real soon!
Next, we tried to let Jack feed himself using a spoon. Every morning Jack has yogurt and loves it! So I would give him a spoonful and then let him take his spoon and feed himself. He grasped the concept of spoon to mouth, but had some trouble with getting the yogurt off of the spoon and into his mouth. So the yogurt ended up in Jack's hair, on the floor, on the walls and a few hours later I found some yogurt on Max's ears and tail!!

Let it snow!
Last weekend we were pounded with tons and tons of snow. Last night and all day today just what we needed - more snow! It was actually so much fun to be snowed in and just play all day with all of my boys! We ventured outside with Jack and attempted to take him sledding...the only problem was that there was TOO much snow and we couldn't get very far. But...it was a much more successful outing than the last time we took Jack in the snow - so all was happy!
